star charts are grid-based pen-and-paper logic puzzles, similar to sudoku or picross

by following simple logical constraints, each grid can be uniquely filled with planets, stars, and satellites

this project currently has:

-12  4x4 puzzles

-14  7x7 puzzles  (easy and intermediate)

future updates will include more 7x7 puzzles of various difficulties challenge, as well as variant rules and additional symbols to place within the charts
